At COMPOSITIONS, we want every customer to have a satisfying shopping experience. We want to make your return and exchange easy. We know sometimes it is necessary to exchange or return an item. No matter what the reason is, we will be happy to exchange or refund a purchase for you. For this holiday season, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 60 days of invoice receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. A copy of the invoice receipt should accompany returns of any unworn and unwashed items. Without an invoice copy, merchandise credit will be issued. (Compositions.com does not refund original shipping charges or reimburse the shipping cost to return items.) As soon as we receive your items, we will process the refund for your returned item(s) immediately. All returns will be credited via the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card). In case you need to return an item for exchange, please specify the exchange item on the copy of the invoice receipt. You may also call us at 212-921-4479, Monday through Friday between 9AM-5:30PM, to let us know your specific instructions on your return for exchange item(s). After we receive your returned merchandise, we will send you your new replacement item(s) right away. The replacement item(s) will be free of shipping cost and will be sent via Standard Delivery. If you want us to send the replacement order first before we receive your returns, we will send you a new order for the replacement item(s) immediately without the shipping cost for the replacement item(s). We inspect every item before it is packed for shipping. We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects. But if you find the products you received have manufacturing defects, we will gladly accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise with invoice receipts for a full reimbursement. (Sorry, we do not take C.O.D. returns).
Price Protection Adjustment Compositions.com offers a one-time price adjustment within 14 days from invoice date if the price of the item(s) is reduced.
